Childrens learn to ride

Tuesdays 4.30pm - 6pm

Ages 4-9. Children can learn to ride and achieve British Cycling Certificates.

Learn to ride on balance bikes and progress to pedal bikes when ready.

Outdoor activities programme including walking, orienteering, paddlesport and climbing with adults with learning disabilities. Opportunities to progress to leading walks

Mondays 9:30am - 11:30am

Bike maintenance training 

In partnership with Youth Justice

This training can be arranged with other relevant organisations.

Gain activity specific skills and train/qualify in outdoor activity coaching awards.

Adult learn to ride/beginners led ride

Adult learn to ride by arrangement, adult beginners short led rides to improve confidence and fitness.

over 50's bike ride

Wednesdays 13.15 - 15.00

Led off road ride of around 6 miles for people over 50, exploring the local trails.
